Returns and Refund Policy

We offer 30-Day Free Returns from date of purchase! 

We strive to give you quality and excellent value for your money in every item we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange the items.  Items must be in the same condition you received with tag/s.

Simply give us a call at  (281) 719-8270 or send us a note regarding the items you would like to return or exchange. We will email you the postage label for ground shipping or barcode label for local drop-off, depending on your location. 

How to Make a Return:
1.  Sent us a note or give us call regarding your return(s). 
2.  Package the items to be returned in the original packaging. 
2.  Print and affix the postage or barcode label. 
3.  Mark the outside the packaging "RETURNS".

Refunds  
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email regarding the approval for full/partial or if we decline your refund.  If approved, your refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 4-7 business days.   

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.  Gift Cards are non-refundable. Items purchased with Gift Cards have the same returns process as items paid with other forms of payment.   

What to do if you think your refund is late?  
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to some processing time involved.  If you have done this and you still have not received your refund, contact our Customer Service at
